BOOKING FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY

25% of the cost of session will be required to be paid as a NONREFUNDABLE booking fee to secure your appointment and will go towards the cost of your service. Rescheduling will require 1 weeks notice for booking fee to be transferable to new appointment date. After 2 reschedules for the same appointment, booking fee will be not be transferable, and a new booking fee will be required for future service. No show clients will also not be allowed to schedule any future appointments. Being late past 15 minutes to your appointment is considered a no show. Promotions are not transferrable if you cancel/reschedule your appointment.
